摘　　要：以中国生物医学文献数据库(CBMdisc)为数据源,对国内1998～2007年手足口病的文献年度变化、核心作者、机构分布、期刊分布、主题分布进行计量学分析。以了解我国手足口病的文献分布特点和研究现状,为相关学科研究提供参考。Based on the resources from CBMdisc,the paper analyzes the literatures about hand-foot-mouth disease published in 1998-2007 from following aspects：annual changes of literatures,core authors,institution distribution,journal distribution and subject distribution;and summarizes the feature of literatures distribution and present research situation.Furthermore,it provides a credible reference to subject research.
