摘 要:对钝节拟丽藻的抑菌活力及热稳定性进行了研究,测定了钝节拟丽藻醇提物对金黄色葡萄球菌和枯草杆菌的最低抑菌、杀菌浓度以及高温加热对其抑菌效果的影响.结果表明,钝节拟丽藻对两种受试菌均有较低的最低抑菌和杀菌浓度.金黄色葡萄球菌的最低抑菌和杀菌浓度分别为1.6%和3.25%,枯草杆菌为3.25%和3.25%.钝节拟丽藻醇提液的抑菌成分对高温不具有稳定性.This paper studied on the antimicrobial characteristics of ethanol extraction of Nitellopsis obtusea. The MIC and MBC of Nitellopsis obtusea to Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis were determined. The thermo stability of extraction was tested. The results showed that the MIC and MBC of Nitellopsis obtusea to two species bacteria were low. The MIC and MBC to Staphylococcus aureus were respectively 1.6% and 3.25%. The MIC and MBC to Bacillus subtilis were respectively 3.25% and 3.25%. Extraction of Nitellopsis obtrsea was unstable under higher temperature.
