胶串珠藻种内变异的研究

摘　　要：对胶串珠藻的种内变异进行了初步研究．观察和测量每一号标本的性状特征，包括藻体的节间长、轮节直径、果胞枝细胞数目、果胞长、每轮节果孢子体数目．然后，对每号标本供研究用的性状实测数据进行了统计（变异幅度、平均值和标准差），并结合生境及各个分类单位的某些生物学特性加以分析．研究结果表明，种内变异明显，变异范围较大的多属数量性状，营养结构较生殖结构特征具有更大的变异性．一些高度可变的性状虽然分类价值不大，但在生态适应上有重要意义．The studies on intraspecific variation of Batrachospermum gelatinosum （L.） DC were made. At first,the morphological characters of specimen were observed and measured,including length of internode,diameter of whorl,cell number of carpogonial branch, length of carpogonium and carposporaphyte number per whorl. Then the statistical analyses on the data were made. The results showed that the intraspeeific variation was widespread. Most of numerical characters were in great variable range. Compwered with the reproductive organs,the vegetative organs were more variable to vary. Some characters with high variation wer no evident systematic value,but they are important to ecological adaptation.
