摘　　要：对煤矿企业内部市场化精细管理的内涵进行了阐述,对其机理及产生的动因进行了分析,明确了煤矿企业内部市场化精细管理的实施原则。The core implications of market oriented refined internal management in coal mine companies are elaborated and the operating mechanism and reasons for its application are also analyzed. In this way, the implementing priciple for the market oriented refined internal management for coal mine companies is determined.
