摘 要:通过具体分析认为,新疆准东煤田是生态环境脆弱地区,在准东煤电、煤化工基地建设中一定要用科学发展观实现煤炭资源开发与环境保护的协调发展,而煤炭地下气化技术已经成熟,有着经济、洁净、环保的优势;准东煤田深部有大量的煤炭资源,不能井工开采或开采不经济,若能利用煤炭地下气化方式开发,将开辟深部煤炭利用的新渠道。On the basis of an analysis, scientific outlook of development is to be the key in a well coordinated development of coal resources and environmental protection in the construction of coal, electric power and coal chemical industry bases in Zhundong coal field where the eco-environment is quite fragile. Since underground coal gasification technology is quite mature, which is characterized of better economic returns, cleaner in nature and helpful to the environmental protection, it is very rational to use underground coal gasification technology in the development of a large portion of coal resources in the deep part of the Zhundong coal field where the coal seams are not suitable for underground mining process or any forms of mining won't be economic. In this way, underground coal gasification will become a new solution to the development and utilization of coal resources in deeper parts of coal fields.
