摘 要:在卫星的密封舱内装有各种精密的科学探测仪器和实验设备,为了保证这些仪器和设备的正常工作,需要在卫星的密封舱内创造合适的压力环境条件。本文介绍了一种返回式科学探测和实验卫星的密封舱压力控制系统,采用自动向舱外排气和向舱内供气的主动式压力调节方法,在卫星发射上升段、轨道运行段及返回前,自动调节密封舱内的压力在规定的范围内。该系统重量轻、功耗小、控制精度高、可靠性高。1987年9月第一次被成功地应用于返回式卫星上,以后又多次参加卫星飞行试验,均获得圆满成功。There are many precision instruments and equipment for scientific researches and experiments in the hermetically sealed cabin of satellite.Appropriate pressure must be controlled in the cabin in order to ensure the instruments and equipment from the adverse space environment. This paper describes a pressure control system for the hermetically sealed cabin in the recoverable scientific detect and experimental satellite. The cabin pressure is regulated automatically into the specific levels by venting or supplying the air from or to the cabin during launch, on orbit and before reentry of the satellite. The system has low mass, low power consumption and high reliability. It was used successfully in the recoverable satellite first in September 1987 and had been used many times since then.It is the first active pressure control system for the hermetically sealed cabin of the satellite in China.
