不同电针频率对急性脊髓损伤大鼠MDA和SOD影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨不同电针频率对急性脊髓损伤大鼠脊髓丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)和超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)含量的影响,为临床治疗和实验研究提供一定的参考依据。方法:本实验以急性脊髓损伤模型大鼠为观察对象,随机分为空白组、模型组、2 Hz电针组、50 Hz电针组和100 Hz电针组。选用大椎穴、命门穴作为治疗穴位,通过测定脊髓中的MDA和SOD含量变化,从而确定对治疗急性脊髓损伤最有帮助的电针频率。结果:(1)针刺大椎、命门穴后,各针刺组MDA含量均有不同程度的下降,且与模型组相比差异显著(P<0.05);与空白组相比,水平接近(P>0.05);在100 Hz针刺组MDA含量降低最为明显(P<0.01)。(2)针刺大椎、命门穴后,各针刺组SOD含量均有不同程度的上升,与模型组相比,100 Hz针刺组差异显著(P<0.05);100 Hz针刺组SOD含量上升最为明显。结论:3种频率电针均能降低MDA水平及提高SOD活性,从而降低自由基的损害,保护神经细胞,对损伤脊髓的修复有积极的治疗作用。在这3个治疗频率中,100 Hz针刺频率对于降低MDA含量和提高SOD活性效果最好。Objective:To compare the influences of different electro-acupuncture frequencies on MDA and SOD of the acute spinal cord injured rats.In order to offer some information to clinical application and scientific research designs.Method: Using acute spinal cord injured model rats as objects ,dividing them into five groups such as blank group,model group,2 Hz electro-acupuncture group,50 Hz electro-acupuncture group and 100 Hz electro-acupuncture group at random,and choosing two acupoints,Dazhui and Mingmen.According to MDA and SOD to decide which one is the most helpful to treat acute spinal cord injury.Results: (1)After acupuncturing Dazhui and Mingmen,the levers of MDA were reduced in different degrees in different groups.The differences were obvious.between the experimental groups and model group(P<0.05).While the levels of the experimental groups were close to the blank group.(P>0.05).(2)After acupuncturing Dazhui and Mingmen,the levers of SOD were raised in different degrees in different groups.The differences were obvious.between the experimental groups and model group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Electro-acupuncture of the three frequencies can reduce MDA and raise SOD and has advantageous performance to the injured acute spinal cord ,due to reduce the harm of free radicals and protect the nerve cell.In this three experimental groups,the best therapeutic effect occurred in 100 Hz electro-acupuncture group.
