摘　　要：目的探讨如何建立减少过期药品的前期控制体系。方法分析我国居民剩余药品的来源和处理方法,运用管理学的控制理论探讨建立以减少剩余药品产生为出发点的前期控制体系。结果与结论通过减少居民对药品的盲目消费、完善药品包装制度、建立未使用药品的逆向物流体系和建立长效的公众沟通机制等多种措施,实现对过期药品的前期控制。Objective To discuss the beforehand ways to control the expired drugs. Methods The source and the current measures taken to handle the surplus drugs in China households were analyzed. Based on the control theory in management, the ways to keep expired drugs under beforehand control was discussed. Results and Conclusions Reducing expired drugs should reduce demands of drug consumption, perfect the management for drugs packing, establish the medicine reverse logistics system and public communication mechanism.
