摘　　要：目的综述新型AT1受体拮抗剂替米沙坦的应用与研究概况。方法以国内外研究替米沙坦的有关论文为依据,进行分析、整理和归纳。结果替米沙坦有防治左心室重塑,扩张脑血管,改善脑循环的作用,促进尿酸排泄、调节血脂血糖等作用。结论在高血压合并症治疗中,替米沙坦有望成为最佳药物。Objective To summarize the application and research of telmisartan-new style AT1 receptor antagonists. Methods To analyze and organize the typical articles on the telmisartan. Results Telmisartan plays a part in preventing and remedying left ventricular remodeling, dilating brain blood vessel, improving brain blood circulation, and even promoting the excretion of uric acid and regulate blood sugar. Conclusions Telmisartan will be the most effective medicine for hypertension with complication.
