中厚层游离植皮联合负压封闭引流治疗地震严重创伤感染创面

摘　　要：目的探讨中厚层游离植皮联合应用负压封闭引流(vacuum sealing drainage,VSD)治疗地震严重创伤感染创面的疗效。方法对本院治疗的地震伤员中8例(7人)严重创伤感染创面,采取手术清创后予VSD引流,而后根据创面情况行中厚层游离植皮联合VSD法闭合创面。结果3例经1次VSD、5例经2～5次VSD后创面感染得到控制,达到植皮的要求。用中厚层游离植皮联合VSD法,4例1次,1例2次,3例3次植皮后,创面愈合。结论中厚层游离植皮联合VSD法对地震创伤伴开放性骨折、软组织缺损合并严重感染的创面的愈合有显著效果。Objective To investigate the treatment effects of Medium thick layer of free skin grafting combined on vacuum sealing drainage （VSD） on the seriously infected wound in earthquake. Methods eight cases from earthquake ,fist treat by VSD, then treated by Medium thick layer of free skin grafting combined with VSD. Results 3 cases after 1 VSD,5 cases were 2 -5 times, the wound＇ s infection were control and achieved the requirement of skin grafting, after skin grafting United VSD, four cases need 1 times, one case 2 times, three cases 3 times, the wound healing. Conclusion The method of Medium thick layer of free skin grafting United VSD can treat the wound that had seismic trauma with open fractures, soft tissue defect associated with severe infection very well,the wound healing has shown remarkable results.
