摘  要:目的:建立柴胡口服液中柴胡皂苷b2的含量测定方法。方法:采用Hypersil C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-水,梯度洗脱(0~50min,30∶70→50∶50);流速:1.0mL·min-1;柱温:30℃;检测波长:252nm。结果:柴胡皂苷b2的进样量在0.03~0.30μg范围内,与其峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998);平均加样回收率(n=6)为98.0%,RSD为0.9%。结论:所建立的方法灵敏、简便、准确,可用于该药中柴胡皂苷b2的含量测定。Objective :To establish an HPLC method for the quantitative determination of saikosaponin b2 in Radix Bupleuri oral liquids, nethod:Macroporous absorption resin was employed to purify saikosaponin b2. The HPLC method was performed on a Hypersil C,s column (250 mm ×4. 6 mm ,5μm)with gradient elution of acetonitrile -water(0 - 50 min,30: 70→50: 50) ,the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1 ,the column temperature was set at 30℃,and the detective wavelength was 252 nm. Result:The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0. 03 -0. 30μg (r = 0. 9998 )for saikosaponin b2. The average recovery( n = 6 ) was 98.0% ( RSD = 0. 9% ). Conclusion:This method is sensitive, simple and accurate,and can be used to determine the content of saikosaponin b2 in Radix Bupleuri oral liquids.
