摘　　要：目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定博性康药膜中蛇床子素的含量。方法:色谱柱为Kromasil C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);以乙腈-水(70∶30)为流动相,流速1.0mL·min-1;检测波长322nm。结果:蛇床子素浓度在5～50μg·mL-1范围内,与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999,n=6);平均回收率(n=9)为100.2%。结论:本方法快速、准确,重复性好,可用于博性康药膜的质量评价。Objective ： To establish an HPLC method for the determination of osthole in Boxingkang pellicles. Methods：The Kromasil C18 （4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm） column was adopted;The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile -water（70： 30） at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1, and the determination wavelength was 322 nm. Results：With the concentration of osthole ranged from 5 - 50μg·mL^-1（ r = 0. 9999, n = 6 ） ; The average recovery rate （ n = 9 ） was 100.2%. Conclusion：The method is simple, sensitive and accurate. It can be used for the quality control of Boxingkang pellieles.
