摘　　要：目的:研究依替菲宁中间体氯乙酰(2,6-二乙基)苯胺的HPLC限量检查方法。方法:采用汉邦Lichrospher C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,以甲醇-水-磷酸(65∶35∶0.05)为流动相,流速1.0mL·min-1,检测波长254nm,柱温35℃。结果:氯乙酰(2,6-二乙基)苯胺进样量在0.1～2.0μg范围内有良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),回收率为96.7%～103%。结论:本方法简便、快速、准确、可靠。Objective：To study the method to control the quantitative limitation of chloroacetyl -2,6 -diethylani-line in etifenin by HPLC. Methods：The chromatographic separation was performed on Lichrospher C18 column（250 mm×4.6 μm, 5 μm） with the mobile phase consisting of methanol - water - phosphoric acid （ 65 ： 35： 0.05 ） at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1 ,the detection wavelength was 254 nm and the column temperature was 35℃. Results： The linear range of ehloroacetyl -2,6 -diethylaniline was 0.1 -2.0 μg（ r = 0. 9999） , and the average recoveries were 96.7% -103%. Conclusion：The method is simple,quick,accurate and reliable.
