摘  要:登革热(DF)是热带亚热带地区最为严重蚊虫传播的疾病,在我国南方如广东、海南等地区频繁发生。由于至今没有有效的疫苗可用于临床,而疾病的治疗大多依赖于早期医疗护理,所以实验室诊断显得尤其重要。登革热病毒基因组及编码蛋白的诊断在疾病早期检测方面发挥重要作用。基于核酸扩增技术的快速检测在病毒检测中占重要地位,因此,本文综述了近年来基于核酸扩增的登革热病毒实验室快速检测。Dengue fever(DF) is the most prevalent mosquito -borne disease in tropical and subtropical area. In south China, such as Guangdong province and Hainan province, the disease frequently happens and has become one severe public healthy problem. Because of unavailability of the effective vaccine in the near future, and dependence of the only effective but insufficient early medical care, rapid and accurate diagnostic technology will be of utmost significance for the disease treatment. Early detection of the disease is primarily based on potential proteins and viral genome RNA. In view of the fact that nucleic acid amplification techniques are rapid developing for virus detection, the presentation reviewed recent advance of nucleic acid amplification detection for DF virus, focusing mainly on rapid detection by one -step real- time PCR.
