摘  要:为探讨术前补充适量的硒对绵羊瘤胃瘘管术中及术后氧化-抗氧化系统的影响及其可能机制,将试验动物分为添硒组、对照组,并按计划采颈静脉血,测定其血清微量元素Cu、Zn、Se的含量以及相关的T-SOD、CuZn-SOD及GSH-Px的变化规律。结果表明,术后两组试验羊血清T-SOD、CuZn-SOD与GSH-Px的变化显著,并且补硒组相对于对照组应激程度趋于缓和,且较早地恢复到术前水平。围术期内补硒组Se含量、T-SOD、CuZn-SOD及GSH-Px活性均高于对照组。两组试验羊血清Zn变化趋势呈现下降趋势,血清Cu含量变化趋势不明显。试验证明术前补充适量的硒能够有效地提高机体的抗氧化能力,促进手术创伤早期恢复,从而为评价瘤胃瘘管术后动物的预后提供一定依据。Effect of exogenous selenium to the system of oxidation and anti-oxidation on sheep rumen fistula surgery and post-operative and its possible mechanism. Laboratory animals divided into selenium supplement group, the control group. Two groups were scheduled to take the carotid blood, and determined the content of serum trace elements Cu, Zn, Se and the changes regularity of related T-SOD, CuZn-SOD and GSH-Px. Result: The significant changes after operation of T-SOD.CuZn-SOD and GSH-Px were showed of the experimental sheep. The changes of the selenium supplement group were more mitigate than the control group. And it was recovered earlier. The activation of T-SOD.CuZn-SOD and GSH-Px in selenium supplement group was higher than the control group. Serum Zn content was a downward trend for experimental sheep, serum Cu content was not obvious trend. Conclusion: Proper Sodium Selenium injected before operation was effective for strengthening the antioxidant ability and promoting recovery, and therefore provides the theoretic foundation for the prognosis of the animals after the rumen fistula surgery.
