脱毒蓖麻蛋白粉与豆饼瘤胃降解特性比较研究

摘　　要：选4头装有永久性瘤胃瘘管的西门塔尔牛阉牛,采用4×4拉丁方设计,用瘤胃尼龙袋法测定蓖麻蛋白粉和豆饼瘤胃降解率。结果表明:脱毒蓖麻蛋白粉干物质、有机物和粗蛋白质瘤胃降解率、瘤胃快速降解部分(a)均显著低于豆饼(P<0.05),而瘤胃慢速降解部分(b)明显高于豆饼(P<0.05)。CBM-Ⅰ级蛋白粉干物质、有机物瘤胃降解率、瘤胃快速降解部分和瘤胃慢速降解部分均明显高于CBM-Ⅱ级蛋白粉和CBM-Ⅲ级蛋白粉(P<0.05),CBM-Ⅱ级蛋白粉明显高于CBM-Ⅲ级蛋白粉(P<0.05)。CBM-Ⅰ级蛋白粉粗蛋白质瘤胃降解率与CBM-Ⅱ级蛋白粉差异不显著(P>0.05),但显著高于CBM-Ⅲ级蛋白粉(P<0.05)。脱毒蓖麻蛋白粉的过瘤胃粗蛋白质高于豆饼。Four steers with similar age,weight and permanent rumen fistula were chosen and randomly allocated into ten treatments to examine the dagradability of detoxicated castor bean meal. The results showed that： The degradability and the quick degradation of DM,OM and CP of detoxicated castor bean meal were lower than those of soybean meal significantly（P〈0.05）, the slow degradation of DM,OM and CP of detoxicated castor bean meal were higher than those of soybean meal significantly（P〈0.05）. The degradability,the quick and slow degradation of DM and OM of detoxicated castor bean meal I were higher than those of detoxicated castor bean meal Ⅱ and detoxicated castor bean meal Ⅲ significantly（P〈0. 05） ,detoxicated castor bean meal Ⅱ were higher than detoxicated castor bean meal m significantly（P〈0.05）. The degradability,CP of detoxicated castor bean meal Ⅰ were not significantly high- er than those of detoxicated castor bean meal Ⅱ , but were significantly higher than those of detoxicated castor bean meal Ⅲ （P〈 0.05）. The rumen by-pass protein of detoxicated castor bean meal were higher than that of soybean meal.
