摘 要:目的建立可控性强的实验室微生物气溶胶发生系统,用以科学评价空气微生物采样器的采样效率。方法规范气溶胶发生系统参数,采用粘质沙雷菌气溶胶,以六级安德森采样器为标准,对5种空气微生物采样器进行平行采样并比较采样效率。结果采用本研究微生物气溶胶发生系统产生的粘质沙雷菌气溶胶颗粒的中值直径为1.60±0.08μm。在所试验的6种微生物采样器中,以二级安德森空气微生物采样器采样效率最高,其次是六级安德森采样器,另外4种空气微生物采样器采样效率明显偏低。结论本实验所建立的实验室气溶胶发生法可以有效控制指示菌粒径分布,在相同气溶胶环境下不同采样器的采样效率有明显差异;二级安德森采样器的采样效率高于六级安德森采样器,其他4种采样器的采样效率均明显低于六级安德森采样器。Objective To establish a well controlled laboratorial microbial aerosol generation system for evaluating the efficiency of bioaerosol samplers properly. Methods Five samplers were tested with Serratia marcescens aerosol at stable concentration, paralleled with a reference sampler Andersen 6, and then the sampling efficiency of these 6 bioaerosol sampiers was evaluated. Results The median diameter (dSO) of generated Serratia marcescens aerosol particles was 1.60 + 0.08μm. The sampling efficacy of 6 bioaerosol samplers were Andersen - 2 〉 Andersen - 6, and that of the others wer lower obviously. Conclusion The laboratory aerosol generation method established in this study could effectively control the distribution of diameters of tested bacterial aerosol particles. The sampling efficiency of different samplers under same aero- sol condition was different. The efficiency of Andersen - 2 sampler was higher than that of Andersen - 6 sampler and the efficiency of other 4 was significantly lower than that of Andersen - 6 sampler.
