摘 要:目的研究临床分离致病菌抗药基因情况及其对消毒剂的抗性水平。方法采用基因扩增法和肉汤稀释法分别检测了三种21株革兰阴性杆菌的耐消毒剂基因和苯扎溴铵最低抑菌浓度及最低杀菌浓度。结果临床分离的铜绿假单胞菌、大肠杆菌和鲍曼不动杆菌等21株三种革兰阴性杆菌,其中有13株携带耐消毒剂基因,携带率为61.9%。7株铜绿假单胞菌对苯扎溴铵M IC均低于标准菌株,共有7株菌的MBC高于标准菌株。结论临床分离的三种21株革兰阴性杆菌多数携带耐消毒剂基因,有33.3%的菌株对苯扎溴铵的MBC高于标准株,提示其抗力有所增强。Objective To study the disinfectant -resistant gene carried by clinically isolated G- bacilli and the level of resistance to disinfectant. Methods PCR and broth dilution method were used to detect disinfectant - resistant gene of 21 strains of 3 G- bacilli and MIC and MBC of bromogeramine, respectively. Resdts Of the clinically isolated 21 strains of 3 G - bacilli, 13 were found to be qacE A - sul 1 gene positive. The positive rate was 61.9%. The MIC value of bromoge- ramine for 7 strains ofPseudomonas aeruginosa was lower than that for the standard strain. The MBC value for 7 strains was higher than that for the standard strain. Conclusions Most of clinical isolates of 3 G- bacilli carry disinfectant - resistant gene. 33.3% strains have higher resistance to bromogeramine than the standard strain, which reveals that the resistance of G- bacilli has strengthened.
