摘  要:目的了解肛肠疾病肛周菌群与手术切口感染关系,为有效地控制污染手术切口感染提供依据。方法采用细菌分离鉴定检验方法,对肛肠疾病住院病人手术前、后肛周及切口进行采样检测。结果痔疮等疾病患者手术部位菌群分布占前三位的是大肠杆菌、革兰阳性球菌和变形杆菌。肛周脓肿患者手术部位菌群分布占前三位的是大肠杆菌、变形杆菌和霉菌。肛瘘患者手术部位菌群分布占前三位的是大肠杆菌、革兰阳性球菌和霉菌。肛肠疾病肛周手术切口部位有30%以上污染菌量比手术前明显增加,种群也发生变化。结论肛肠疾病肛周菌群随疾病种类不同而改变,手术后菌群和菌量都发生了变化,此与切口感染有一定关系。Objective To investigate the relationship between perianal flora in anorectal diseases and infection of surgical incision, in order to provide a basis for controlling infection in contaminated surgical incision. Methods Bacteria isolation and identification methods were used to collect and examine samples from perianal region and surgical incision of patients with anorectal diseases before and after operation. Results The first three bacteria in surgical sites of patients with hemorrhoids were E coli , gram - positive cocci and Proteus. The first three bacteria in surgical sites of patients with perianal abscess were E. coli, Proteus and fungi. The first three bacteria in surgical sites of patients with anal fistula were E coli , gram - positive cocci and fungi. After operation, over 30% of the bacteria which existed in surgical incision of the patients with anorectal diseases increased and the flora also changed. Conclusions The flora in perianal region of anoreetal diseases changes with different types of diseases, both the flora and the number of bacteria change after operation, which is related to incision infection.
