两部制水价在湖北农村饮水安全工程中的应用及探讨

摘　　要：合理的水价政策是农村饮水安全工程长效运行的重要支撑。湖北省结合实际,在农村饮水安全工程中探索推行两部制水价,并从农村饮水安全工程的现状和长效运行的需求出发,推荐实施的农村饮水安全工程两部制水价是基本水费(容量水费)包含基本水量的模式。Effective water pricing policy is fundamental for the long-term operation of rural drinking water safety project. In the practice of Hubei Province, two-part water tariff has been implemented along with the construction of rural drinking water safety project. Two-part water tariff is a kind of model that covers basic water charges for water use based on quantity of water use, which is applied in line with the present condition of safe drinking water projects and needs of long-term operation of these projects.
