摘 要:采用耐高温强酸性阳离子交换树脂为催化剂,异丁烯为烷基化剂,研究了对叔丁基苯酚(p-TBP)的合成。最佳反应条件如下:反应温度130℃,烯酚摩尔比1:1.3,催化剂用量为苯酚用量的10%wt,异丁烯通气速率1.5~2.0h,保温时间60min。在该条件下,苯酚转化率和P—TBP的选择性分别为94.5%和89.1%。结果表明该树脂催化剂具有较高的热稳定性、催化活性和选择性,因而具有很好的应用前景。Using thermal stable strong acidity cation exchange resin as catalyst and isobutylene as alkylating agent, the synthesis reaction of p-tert-butylphenol (p-TBP) was studied. The optimum reaction conditions were obtained as followed: the reaction temperature was 130℃, the molar ratio of isobutylene to phenol was 1 : 1.3, the catalyst dosage (based on the dosage of phenol)was 10%, feed velocity of isobutylene was 1.5-2.0h, and the holding time was 60 min. Under these conditions, the conversion of phenol and the selectivity of p- tert-butylphenol were 94.5 % and 89.1%, respectively. Moreover, the results showed that this catalyst showed high thermal stability, catalytic activity and selectivity.
