摘　　要：本设计的目的是最终开发出一套可以在远程播放多媒体信号,实现音频,视频的远程播放的监视系统。除此之外,本设计还可以实现从摄像头捕捉视频信号,并以avi格式保存到本地机器的功能。同时,本设计也可以从摄像头中抓取当前的显示帧并以高清晰的jpeg格式文件保存到本地机器。The goal of this design is to develop a system which can transmit multimedia through the network and play it at the remote client. Besides these, this system can also record the video played in webcam and save it in local machine. Also, this design can take a snapshot from the webcam and save it as jpeg file in local machine.
