摘　　要：PC与PLC的通讯是构成硬盘组装生产线控制系统中数据采集的关键。本文以生产线中采用的FP-X系列PLC为例,根据松下FP-X系列PLC的通信协议和硬盘组装生产中采集的数据格式,选择计算机链接通信模式作为PLC与PC机的通信方式,利用VB程序设计语言实现了工作于Windows环境下的PC机与PLC之间的通讯控制功能。The PC and PLC communication is the key of data acquisition of HDD assembly line control system. According to the PANASONIC FP - X PLC communication protocol and the data format, the communication between PLC and PC is selected to Computer Link mode, and realized in Windows environment using VB programming language.
