空心加压螺纹钉治疗股骨颈骨折的临床应用

摘　　要：目的：探讨空心加压螺纹钉治疗股骨颈骨折的临床疗效。方法：本院自2005年3月至2008年5月,采用手术治疗股骨颈骨折57例患者。根据Garden分型,Ⅱ型7例,Ⅲ型22例,Ⅳ型28例,采用X线透视下闭合复位或开放复位空心加压螺纹钉固定,植骨9例,均为GardenIV型。结果：所有患者均获得随访。平均19个月,愈合时间3～6个月,平均4.2个月。功能按Harris评分标准：优38例,良12例,可4例,差3例,优良率88（。结论：空心加压螺纹钉基本解决了股骨颈骨折的愈合。Objective：To explore the effect of cannulated compression screw in the treatment of the femoral neck fracture. Method： From March 2005 to May 2008 , 57 patients with the femoral neck fraction were fixed with cannulated compression screw in our hospital. According to Garden classification,7 were type Ⅱ , 22 were type Ⅲ,28 were type Ⅳ , They were treated with closed reset with X - ray fluoroscopy or opened rest with cannulated compression screw . 9 patients with bone graft were Garden IV. Result： All were fol- lowed up for 19 months on average . The mean union time were 3 to 6 months（4.2 months on average）. 50 were assessed as excellent and good in this series. 4 were fair ,3 were necrosis. The total excellent and good rates of fracture healing were 88%. Conclusion ： Cannulated compression screw can heal the femoral neck fracture.
