摘　　要：目的:探讨护理干预对乳腺癌康复的影响。方法:对200例乳腺癌手术后康复期患者分成对照组、干预组,对照组采用传统的护理方法,干预组在治疗过程中实施护理干预并跟踪调查。结果:干预组术后不舒适及并发症发生率明显低于对照组,干预组在生活自理、心理状态、掌握疾病知识、积极参与与治疗、社交活动方面明显高于对照组。结论:护理干预对乳腺癌患者的康复起到了有效的作用,提升了患者的生活质量。Objective： To explore the effects of nursing intervention on the recovery of breast cancer pa- tients. Method： 200 patients who received breast cancer operations were divided into control group and intervention group. Conventional nursing methods were used on the control group, while for the intervention group, nursing intervention was implemented in the course of therapy and follow - up investigations were done. Result： The incidences of post - operative discomforts and complications were markedly lower than those of the control group, and patients of the intervention group had a markedly higher degree in such aspects as life self - care ~ psychological status, mastery of disease knowledge, active participation in therapy and socializing activities than the control group. Conclusion： Nursing intervention play an active role in patients with breast concer, It can imjrove the qualiry of patients life.
