摘　　要：目的:探讨子宫内膜癌合并糖尿病患者围术期的护理重点及措施。方法:回顾性分析我院自2001年至2008年诊治的58例子宫内膜癌合并糖尿病患者的围术期护理特点。结果:通过加强检测和控制血糖、饮食控制、切口管理,同时重视心理护理,本组病例全部康复出院,无严重术后并发症。结论:子宫内膜癌合并糖尿病患者的围术期应用胰岛素治疗、保持血糖浓度相对稳定、加强护理是手术成功的关键。Objective： To explore the nursing key points and measures of perioperative nursing in pa- tients with endometrial carcinomas complicated with diabetes. Method： To retrospectively analyse the clinical data of 58 cases with endometrial carcinomas complicated with diabetes from 2001 to 2008 . Result： All the patients cured and left hospital without severe postoperative complications after strengthening examining and controlling of blood glucose and diet managing incision and simultaneously pay attention to psychological nursing . Conclusion： The key of successful operation is insulinized treatment and keeping relative steady concentration of blood glucose.
