不容乐观的东北亚区域合作走势分析——对吉林省对外经贸战略的若干思考

摘　　要：历经坎坷的东北亚区域经济合作虽已展现雏形,但并没有取得实质性成果,图们江地区开发也是进展缓慢,与合作的有利因素相比,不利因素仍占据主导地位,再加上全球金融危机的影响,东北亚区域经济合作的总体形势不容乐观。对此,吉林省必须从现实出发,围绕对外经贸战略进行重新思考,以推行"全面合理化"为手段,脚踏实地的推进"质量立省"战略的实施,为今后参与可能出现的东北亚区域经济合作积蓄力量和奠定基础。Although the bumpy Northeast Asia regional economic cooperation emerged as an embryo, it still does not get a substantial achievement, Tureen fiver area development is also making a slow progress, compared with favorable factors of the cooperation, unfavorable factors still occupy a dominant position, and the influence of the global financial crisis, therefore the overall situation of Northeast Asia economic Cooperation is unpromising. Under this circumstance, Jilin province mast set off from reallty, rethink the strategy of foreign economy and trade, implement a ＂comprehen- sive rationalization＂ as means to promote down -to- earth the strategy of quality to found a province; accumulate strength and establish foundation for participating in the possible appearance of the Northeast Asia regional economic cooperation in the future.
