摘 要:通过分析我国水利科学数据汇交的现状和存在问题,提出了建立水利科学数据汇交体系的必要性,指出了实施水利科学数据汇交是进行数据管理和数据共享可持续发展的关键。文中研究了水利科学数据汇交体系框架结构和汇交技术流程,并结合元数据在水利科学数据共享汇交体系中发挥的作用,提出了基于核心元数据的三级汇交体系,以期掌握水利科学数据资源的总量、分布等基本情况,为有效实施水利科学数据共享服务提供技术支撑。Based on the analysis of the status and existed problems of water resources scientific data collection in China, the necessity of establishing the relevant data collection system is put forward, for which it points out that the implementation of the wa- ter resources scientific data collection is just the key link for the sustainable development of both the data management and data sharing concerned. The framework of the system and the collection technical process are also studied herein and then a three-tier collection system based on the core metadata is presented in combination with the role of the metadata played in the water resources scientific data collection system, so as to obtain the basic situations such as the total amount, distribution etc. of the relevant data resources for giving the technical support to the effective implementation of the sharing service of the water resources scientific data.
