摘　　要：对低毒脲醛树脂的配方设计进行了研究,应用均匀设计法设计试验。试验结果表明,低毒脲醛树脂的合成温度应控制在85～90℃;二次缩聚时,一次甲醛的投入量以60%为佳;反应的终摩尔比应控制在0.95～1.05范围内。Study on the dispensation design of low-toxicity UF resin is made. Test is arranged using uniform design method and the test result shows that the synthesis temperature of low-toxicity UF resin should he controlled between 85 and 90 degrees centigrade. 60% of input formaldehyde amount at a time is preferred for two-stage polyeondensation and the final molar ratio should be controlled within the range from 0.95 to 1 .05.
