玉米蛋白多肽对豁眼鹅屠宰性能及脏器系数的影响

摘　　要：以昌图豁眼鹅为研究对象,在基础日粮中添加不同剂量玉米蛋白多肽,通过检测豁眼鹅的屠宰性能及脏器系数,为玉米蛋白多肽在畜禽饲料中的应用奠定理论基础。选择1日龄昌图豁眼鹅240只,公母各半,随机分为4组,对照组饲喂基础日粮,其他组分别在每千克基础日粮中添加100、300、500mg的玉米蛋白多肽,并分别于30日龄和60日龄进行宰杀,检测屠宰性能及脏器系数。结果表明,屠宰性能方面,玉米蛋白多肽的添加可以增加豁眼鹅的半净膛率、全净膛率,且随着玉米蛋白多肽添加剂量的增加而增加,尤以中剂量组增加显著;脏器系数方面,玉米蛋白多肽的添加可以降低肝脏指数和胸腺指数;但玉米蛋白多肽对其他屠宰性能指标(活体重、胴体重)及脾脏指数和法氏囊指数的影响不明显。Huoyan geese,which were fed the basal diets with different dosages corn peptide,were selected as the experiment material. Slaughter performance and organs index of Huoyan goose were detected,in order to lay a foundation in application of the corn peptide in poultry feed. 240 one-day-age Huoyan geese were divided into 4 groups randomly. Huoyan geese were killed in 30 days and 60 days age and the slaughter performance and organs index were detected. The results showed that addition of corn peptide could increase the rates of half eviscerated yield and eviscerated yield of Huoyan goose, especially the increase of the middle dose group was notable. The corn peptide could decrease liver index and thymus index. But the effect of corn peptide on live weight,net weight,spleen index and bursa of Fabricius index was not obvious.
