摘　　要：总结已有研究成果,提出了符合一般混凝土性能要求的优质水泥的基本特征。以新型干法水泥厂的设备和工艺条件为基础,结合工厂的实际情况,考虑成本因素,从实用化角度制订了符合混凝土性能要求的优质水泥的具体质量指标。其范围多于国家水泥标准的规定。主要包括:对质量指标全面的稳定性要求;对熟料C3A、C3S含量的限制;对水泥中半水石膏含量、粒度分布、水化热、1d强度上限、收缩抗裂性、保水性、水泥与减水剂相容性、出厂水泥温度等的要求。The basic parameters of cement quality control for a modern cement plant with PC kiln to adapt the general requirements of basic concrete preparation were suggested which consist of some limitations and requirements, such as the regulation of stabilization of quality control factors; the limitation of C3S and C3A content in clinker; the regulation of CaSO4·0.5H2O content in cement, particle size distribution, hydration heat, upper limit of ld strength, shrinkage and crack resistance, water preserving capability, compatibility of cement and plasticizer, temperature of dispatching cement. All of above mentioned limitations or requirements exceeded the range of the cement state standard.
