大金UWA120AY型冷水机组板式热交换器故障分析和对策

摘　　要：通过大金UWA120AY型风冷冷水机组一次故障的检查与维修的工程实践,分析了系统发生内漏的原因,实现了故障的正确检查与维修,采取增大过滤器目数和改善换热器运行环境,提高系统工作可靠性。针对其板式热交换器存在的工程隐患,提出处理对策并实施。出厂的空调设备只能算是半成品,正确规范的安装方法对最终使用效果有着非常大的影响。特别在水质差的地方,宜慎重使用板式换热器,考虑机组效率可接受的情况下,应采用壳管式换热器的结构。Through engineering practice of fault exam and maintain in blower cold set in DAIKIN UWA120AY analysis, the leak reason oceured in system, thus realized the correct way of fault exam and maintain; by improving the condition of heat exchanger operation and enhancing the hole number in the filter, that can decrease the failure rate and increase the reliability. Focusing on the engineering hidden trouble in plate heat exchange （PILE） the related countermeasures were introduced and put into practice. Proper and standard assemble procedure for air condition system is important to final result of operation. For those poor water quality area, it is suggested adopting the structure of shell heat exchanger instead of PHE for caution＇ s sake.
