摘　　要：介绍了一种带压榨膜片的新型多功能设备,它可以在一个设备中完成反应、结晶、过滤、洗涤、干燥和卸料等多种单元操作。创新性的压榨膜结构,不仅能防止过滤过程中滤饼的断路现象还起到很好的节能降耗效果。由于生产过程的各工艺过程都是在密闭环境中进行,能改善生产环境、提高产品质量,并实现设备的集成化和生产的自动化,特别适合原料药以及精细化工的生产。The article presented a new type of multi-functional equipment with a plastic diaphragm. In this complete multi-unit operations reaction, crystallization, filtration, washing, drying and unloading. pressure diaphragm constructure can not only prevent from play a very good role in saving energy consumption. Since improve the production environment and enhance the quality equtpment can The creative the formation of a broken circuit in the filter cake but also all the operations are in a closed room, the equipment can of the products. It is an integrated and automatic equipment especially for the production of API and fine chemicals.
