摘  要:针对凹版印刷产生的含挥发性有机化合物(VOCs)的废气风量大、浓度低的特点,采用活性碳吸附—催化燃烧联用净化处理和过热水蒸气脱附循环再生的印刷废气综合治理技术。详细介绍了印刷废气治理、循环利用的工艺流程、主要设备配置、工艺控制特点及技术应用范围等。通过对运行效果的分析表明,该联用工艺可有效地净化处理凹版印刷VOCs废气,最大程度地回收利用废热和循环再生有机物产品,达到节能环保的目的,具有一定的工程实用价值。In the view of the characteristics of large air volume, low concentration of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in gravure printing, this paper introduced the synthetically treatment technologies that VOCs exhaust gas in gravure printing was treated by active carbon fiber adsorption-catalytic combustion combined purification treatment process. Meanwhile, the steam-gas desorption cycle regeneration for recovery of active carbon fiber is also discussed. The whole process flow, parameter configuration with main equipment, the characteristics of control process and application range were described in detail. Analyses the running results showed that this combined eliminations of VOCs is effective for the treatment and recovery of large flow of VOCs from printing workshop, and make full use of waste heat resources and cycle regeneration the organic products in maximum, it is an energy-saving and environmental friendly process, and has some practical value in engineering.
