完善图书馆馆员制度 促进和谐图书馆的发展

摘　　要：从馆员的文化层次、馆员的社会地位、馆员的自身价值的实现、馆员的工作环境、馆员的服务意识等方面简要回顾和分析了高校图书馆馆员的基本状况,指出高校图书馆馆员制度改革的目的,就是要提高馆员的服务意识、调动馆员工作的自主能动性、最大限度地提高图书馆馆员的社会地位,就此提出了高校图书馆馆员制度完善和改革的措施,以促进新时期和谐图书馆的发展。This paper briefly reviews and analyzes the librarians＇basic condition in academic libraries from such aspects as librarians＇culture level, social position, their own personal worth actualization, working conditions, service sense and so on, points out that the goal of the librarian system reform in academic libraries is to raise the librarians＇ service sense, arouse the librarians＇ initiatives to work, improve the librarians＇ social position to its limit and proposes the measures to improve and reform librarian system in academic libraries to oromote the harmonious library development in the new period.
