老年高血压及并发脑梗死病人血浆Hay与D-二聚体检测

摘　　要：目的探讨老年高血压及并发脑梗死病人血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hay)与D-二聚体的变化及临床意义。方法老年高血压病人43例,老年高血压并发脑梗死病人86例,应用循环酶法检测其血浆Hcy浓度,应用比浊法检测其血浆D-二聚体浓度。并与正常对照组进行比较。结果老年高血压组和高血压并脑梗死组血浆Hcy和D-二聚体浓度与正常对照组比较差异均有显著性(F=82.55、59.12,q=2.83～16.40,P<0.05),且老年高血压组与高血压并脑梗死组之间差异也有显著性(q=5.56、10.88,P<0.01)。结论联合检测血浆Hcy和D-二聚体水平对老年高血压和高血压所致脑梗死的预防、诊疗具有重要的临床意义。Objective To investigate the clinical significance of plasma homocysteine （Hcy） and D-dimer in the aged with hypertension complicated by cerebral infarction. Methods This study consisted of 43 senior hypertensive patients and 86 senior hypertensive complicated by cerebral infarction. The levels of Hcy were detected by enzymatic cycling assay and D-direct by Nephelometry. The results were compared with normal control. Results The levels of Hcy and D-dimer in the hypertensive and those complicated by cerebral infarction were mostly different from that of normal control （F= 82.55,59.12;q= 2.83- 16.40;P〈 0.05）. There were also significant differences between the simple hypertensive and those with complication of cerebral infarction （q=5.56,10.88;P〈0.01）. Conclusion Combined detection of Hcy and D-dimer is of great significance in the prevention, diagnosis and therapy of the aged hypertensive and those complicated by cerebral infarction.
