摘  要:将陶瓷制品烧成中各个阶段的工艺要求作为遗传算法优化梭式窑升温速率的约束条件,将各个阶段的升温速率进行实数编码,把燃气消耗总量作为适应度函数的指标,进行遗传操作。结果显示优化后的升温速率在梭式窑烧成中能起到降低燃耗的效果。Technical requirements of the ceramic products heating in various stages were proposed in this paper as constraints on optimizing the shuttle kiln heating rate by genetic algorithm. The heating rates of various stages have been real-coded, and the whole gas consumption in each stage has been used as an indicator of fitness function. The results show that the optimal heating rate in the shuttle kiln can reduce energy consumption.
