辽宁沿海经济带建设的思考

摘　　要：在东北经济振兴实施阶段,辽宁提出的"五点一线"沿海经济发展战略,对促进辽宁经济、东北经济、乃至东北亚经济的发展具有重要意义。"五点一线"沿海经济建设中存在着产业结构同质化隐忧、港口建设与临港经济问题、沿海防护林体系建设和湿地保护问题。因此,应对"五点一线"的产业集群与产业布局、经济一体化、沿海经济与生态环境协调发展进行对策性思考。In the stage of re -energizing northeast economic, ＂Five Points and A Line＂ coastal economic development strategy proposed by Liaoning Province will make great significance for promoting the economic development in Liaoning Province and the northeast areas and even the northeast of Asia areas. The secret worry of the industrial structure of the same nature, port construction and economic issues of port＇s neighboring areas, the construction of coastal protection forest system and wetland protection existed in the construction of ＂Five Points and A Line＂ coastal economy. Therefore, it is necessary to think about the coordination of industrial clusters and industrial distribution, the economic integration, the coastal economy and ecological environment.
