摘　　要：本文基于网络分析方法,提出一个网络演化分析框架。该框架引入关键事件的概念,试图通过企业网络所不断发生的激进式变化来理解企业网络的演变,特别对两个方面进行强调:其一,企业网络演变的机制是循环的,而不是单向的;其二,与传统研究方法相比,关注环境对企业关系的影响,特别强调双边关系的变化对与之相链接的其他关系的影响。此外,文章以郑州宇通客车为例,对其进行了实证研究。Based on network analysis, the author puts forward an analytical framework of network evolution. This framework introduces the concept of key events, trying to understand the evolution of firm network through the radical changes that happen continuously in firm network and particularly emphasizes two aspects. Firstly, the evolutionary mechanism of firm network is cyclic, not in one direction; secondly, compared with traditional methods, it pays attention to the impact of environment on interfirm relationship, with particular emphasis on the effect of the change in bilateral relations on other connected relations. In addition, the author takes Zhengzhou Yutong Group as an example and makes an empirical study of it.
