摘 要:农户声誉是一种显示农户内在特征的信号机制。农村借贷市场中,农户声誉能揭示其偿还能力、偿还意愿等信息。贷方可以经由声誉信号判断借方农户的还款能力与意愿,并据此进行贷款决策,从而影响农户的借贷结果。研究中利用结构方程建模技术构建变量间关系模型,实证分析显示,代表农户声誉的偿还历史、人缘关系、经营效果与代表还款特征的偿还能力、偿还意愿总体是正相关的,而后者又对农户借贷结果有显著影响。由此证明,农户声誉具有信号传递功能,可以降低借贷双方的信息不对称,实现借贷交易的帕累托改进。Farmers' reputation is a signal mechanism that shows farmers' inherent characteristics. In rural credit market,farmers' reputation may reveal their ability to repay ,inclination to repay and other information. The lender can judge the borrower' s repayment ability and inclination through borrower' s repuation, make loan decisions, and thus affect farmers' credit outcome. The research uses structure equation modeling techniques to build a model for the relationship between variables. The empirical analysis shows that the repayment history, relationship with other people and operation performance are positively correlated to farmers' repayment ability and inclination,and the latter in turn has a significant impact on farmers' credit results. This proves that farmers' repuation has the signal transmission function and it can reduce information asymmetry between lenders and borrowers and achieve Pareto improvements in debit and credit transactions.
