摘 要:目的:探讨运动预适应(EP)对大鼠心肌相对缺血再灌注(I/R)损伤的延迟保护作用。方法:15只Wistar大鼠随机分为2组(每组15只):对照组、运动组,应用Langendorf离体心脏I/R模型,观察各组大鼠心脏再灌注期间心律失常的发生情况、LVDP及RPP恢复率及心肌梗死范围。结果:运动组大鼠LVDP(再灌注30,60 min)和RPP(再灌注20,30,60 min)恢复率高于对照组,心肌梗死范围显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:中等强度跑台运动对大鼠心肌相对I/R损伤有明显的保护作用。Objective:To explore the delayed protection of exercise preconditioning from the relative myocardial ischemia' repefusion injury . Methods : Thirty Wistar rats were randomly divided into 2 groups ( n = 15 respectively) : control group, exercise group. The occurrence of arrhythmia, the recovery of LVDPand RPP, and infarct size were observed by using the Langendorf- ischemia/reperfusion model in isolated rat heart in vitro. Results : Recovery rate of LVDP(on the 30th and 60th minute of reperfusion)and RPP(on the 20th, 30th and 60 minute of reperfusion)of EXE group were higher than those of control groups( P 〈 0.05 ), infarct size of EXE group was dramatically lower than that of control groups ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion : Medium intensity treadmill exercise has obvious protection from the relarive myocardial ischemia - reperfusion injury.
