白芍总苷对静止期银屑病患者血清TNF-α及IL-8的影响

摘　　要：目的观察肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)在静止期银屑病发病中的作用,并探讨白芍总苷对它们的调节作用。方法应用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测35例静止期银屑病患者经白芍总苷治疗前后外周血清中TNF-α、IL-8的水平。结果静止期银屑病患者血清中TNF-α及IL-8水平显著增高(P均<0.01)。治疗后血清中TNF-α及IL-8较治疗前显著下降(P均<0.01)。结论白芍总苷可通过调节血清中TNF-α及IL-8水平而起到治疗银屑病作用。Objective It is to observe the action of the tumor necrosis- α （TNF- α） and IL- 8 in patients with psoriasis vulgaris stationary phase, and approach the regulatory role of total glucosides of paeony （TGP） for them. Methods 35 cases with psoriasis vulgaris stationary phase were treated by TGP. The levels of TNF - α and IL - 8 were detected by double-antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） before and after treatment. Results The levels of TNF -α and IL- 8 of patients with psoriasis vulgaris stationary phase were significantly raised （ P 〈 0.01 ）. And the levels of TNF - α and IL- 8 were significantly decreased after treatment （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion TGP can cure psoriasis vulgaris by regulate the levels of TNF - α and IL - 8 in serum.
