摘　　要：阐述了一台数控纵切自动车床的改造过程,包括总体方案的确定,电气设计、安装接线、调试等实施过程,在改造过程中应注意的几个问题等,希望对解决同类问题有一定的参考价值。Elaborated the transformation process of a numerical control slitting automatic lathe ,including overall plan＇s determination,the electrical circuit design,implementation processes of electric circuit＇s assembling,connection and debugging, several problems should pay attention to in the transformation process and so on. Hope has certain reference value to the resolving the same kind problem in reforming process.
