摘　　要：嵩县某金矿属较难采矿石,矿山采用平硐溜井开拓系统,开采选用浅井房柱法,辅以浅孔留矿法。回采过程中,利用人工矿柱代替自然矿柱,提高了矿石回采率。经过了十几年来的开采实践,取得了良好的开采效果。The gold deposit is a type of altered rock within fractured zone, relatively difficult to mine. Mining methods employed include developing tunnel-orepass system, short hole pillar complemented with short hole shrinkage. The stopping uses artificial pillar instead of natural pillar and mining practice in last over ten years demonstrates the methods used are quite efficient.
