小盾纤恙螨生态习性观察及药物防治的初步研究

摘　　要：作者对山东费县小盾纤恙螨幼虫生态习性进行了实验室观察和现场防治研究,结果表明:小盾纤恙螨季节消长呈明显秋冬型,集中出现于9月～12月,以11月中旬为高峰。10月份采用小白鼠法在草地诱获小盾纤恙螨阳性率为16％～20％;小黑板法诱集共130只小盾纤恙螨未食幼虫。采用敌敌畏和以二氯苯醚菊酯为主的神龙牌杀虫剂进行杀灭实验,结果显示小盾纤恙螨对该两种杀虫剂敏感,且灭效至少可维持一个月以上。This article reported the seasonal fluctuation of Leptotrombidium(L.)scutel-lare,and control by pesticide in lab and field. The results revealed:L. scutellare was predominant in autumn and winter(from September to December),the peak was at November. Using mice(in traps)laid on grassland of endemic areas of scrub typhus,the positive rate of mice bitten by larvae of free mites was 16%-20% during October and November. 130 unfed lar- vae of L. scutellare were collected by the black plate method. This mites were very sensitive to Dichorphos(DDV)and'shen long'(LD50 was 10-5.45 and 10-4.26 respectively),and the effectiveness of the two pesticide preserved at least a month in the field.
