摘 要:提出了一种1.2V低电源电压全BJT任意阶低通对数滤波器的设计方法。该方法是由传输函数直接设计低通对数域滤波器,得到最优的BJT跨导线性单元和滤波器系统状态空间后,利用最优状态空间描述滤波器系统,对微分方程中的每一项,使用最优BJT跨导线性单元设计其对应的电路,进行组合,从而得到低通对数滤波器,实现了不同阶数、不同纹波的切比雪夫低通滤波器,理论分析和Pspice实例仿真表明,该方法能最优地实现所需电路的设计,具有电路简洁和低电压的特点。A 1.2 V low-voltage n^th-order low-pass log-domain filter based on BJT was proposed. The low-pass log-domain filter was derived from transfer function. The filter system was described by using optimal state-space after the best BJT translinear cell and state-space of the filter system were obtained. Each item, whose corresponding circuit was designed using the best BJT translinear cell, in differential equation was combined, to achieve low- pass log-domain filter. Chebyshev low-pass filters with different orders and ripples were implemented. Both theoretical analysis and Pspice simulation showed that the proposed method could be used to design filters with simple circuit and low-voltage.
