民航招飞体检中阴囊疾病的检查与鉴定

摘　　要：目的探讨招飞体检中关于阴囊疾病的检查方法与鉴定原则，以期提高检查和诊断水平。方法回顾性分析我中心近一年来招飞外科体检中鉴定为不合格的阴囊疾病和常用的阴囊检查方法，医学标准是“民用航空招收飞行学生体格检查鉴定规范（MH／T7013—2006）”。本文阴囊疾病特指睾丸、附睾、精索和腹股沟疝等疾病。结果外科招飞体检共922人，不合格83人，其中阴囊疾病11人，占不合格人数的13％。不合格阴囊疾病为：左侧精索静脉曲张（重度）1例，双侧精索静脉曲张1例，睾丸鞘膜积液2例，双侧睾丸不等大2例，腹股沟斜疝3例，隐睾术后睾丸发育不良1例，一侧睾丸缺如1例。结论阴囊内器官由于解剖位置等原因往往容易出现漏诊，加强对此类疾病的重视，掌握正确的检查方法，了解此类疾病的病因和预后，有助于提高诊断水平，降低误诊率。Objective To explore the examination methods and identification principles of diagnosing scrotum diseases for civil aviation recruit in order to improve the examination and diagnosis. Metbeds The disqualified cases of civil aviation recruits＇ scrotum diseases examination in recent one year were reviewed and the commonly used examination methods were analyzed. The corresponding standards referred to ＂Appraisal standard of physical examination for recruitment of civil aviation airman trainees （MH/T 7013-2006）＂. Here the scrotum diseases indicate the abnormity at testis, epididymis and ehorda spermatiea as well as inguinal hernia. Results Eight-three off 922 recruits were disqualified in surgery examination and among which llcases （13%） were because of scrotum diseases, included 1 case of left varicocele （severe）, 1 case of bilateral varicocele, 2 cases of hydroeele, 2 cases of inequality size of bilateral testis, 3 cases of inguinal hernia, 1 case of testis dysplasia after cryptorehidism surgery and 1 case of single testical absence. Conclusion Misdiagnosis of scrotum diseases is easily happened be cause of anatomical position reason. It is suggest that to improve assessment and reduce misdiagnosis rate by emphasizing the disease influence and mastering proper examination, as well as understanding the origin and prognosis of such diseases.
