硫酸镁与慢心律合用治疗老年冠心病并发室性心律失常的疗效观察

摘　　要：老年冠心病（ＣＨＤ）并发室性心律失常患者应用２５％硫酸镁加慢心律口服治疗，临床取得了令人满意的效果，总有效率达８７％。特别对同时合并有慢性支气管炎、糖尿病者效果更佳，总有效率为１００％；心律失常级别越高疗效越好。提示对于老年ＣＨＤ并发室性心律失常患者单一应用抗心律失常药物效果不佳时，应同时加用镁剂治疗。おhis is a chlinical research of using 25% magnesium sulfate(MgSO4) and mexiletine treat ventricular arrhythmia in elderly CHD patients.The total efficient rate is 87%.It is almost 100 per cent success when patients are suffering from chronic bronchitis,diabetes at the same time.The higher degree of arrhythmia,the more effective when MgSO4 is used.This research demonstrates that sole antiarrhythmia drug can not get satisfied results in many cases.They may need to aid MgSO4 for better results.The oral fluid of 25% MgSO4 is a kind of safty efficient antiarrhythmia drug.It can be used widely.
