影响普通高校实施“三自主”教学的主导因素分析

摘　　要："三自主"教学是在新一轮高校体育教学改革背景下产生的,是一个复杂的教学管理模式,需要各部门相互沟通、通力协作。但目前普通高校实施"三自主"教学的状况却不容乐观,其中师资队伍建设、体育设施、学校行政管理效率是影响其实施的主导因素。本文针对这些因素进行全面解析并提出合理化建议。＂Three self- decisions＂ teaching appears with the new college P. E Teaching reform. ＂Three selfdecisions＂ teaching is a complicated teaching administration model. And it needs the concerted cooperation of each department. The investigation manifests that the implementation of the ＂three self - decisions＂ teaching in P. E course the colleges is not so satisfactory. Among them, staff - construction, sport equipment and the efficiency of college together with administration management are the key factors. This article aims to analyze the existing problems and makes corresponding recommendations on it.
