摘　　要：目的探讨济南市手足口病发病流行病学特征,为有效控制手足口病的流行,制定控制措施提供科学依据。方法利用描述性流行病学方法对济南市2005-2007年手足口病发病资料进行流行病学分析。结果济南市2005-2007年共报告手足口病6 669例,2007年发病率达到101.74/10万,发病城区高于农村,以城乡结合部发病最多;5～7月发病占全年发病的81.54%,6月份为高峰月;发病人群集中于10岁以下,其中1～4岁发病占77.96%,职业分布主要为散居儿童和托幼儿童,男性发病高于女性。2007年在托幼机构出现暴发疫情,调查21家发病较多的幼儿园,平均罹患率为5.56%。部分住院病例调查主要表现为发烧、手足臀及口腔疱疹,发现1例并发脑炎病例。结论预防手足口病引起的危害应采取两个方面的措施:一是从传染病流行的三个环节入手采取综合性措施,预防与控制该病的发生和流行强度;二是加强该病的医疗救治,减少或避免由于发生并发症而引起的死亡。Objective To explore the epidemiological characteristics of hand - foot - mouth disease （HFMD） in city of Jinan, and to provide scientific basis for preventive measures. Methods Descriptive epidemiological approaches were used to analyze the epidemic data of HFMD from 2005 to 2007. Results All 6 669 cases of HFMD were reported in Jinan city from 2005 to 2007, with the incidence of 101.74/100 000 in 2007. The cases mainly concentrated in the rural-urban continuum. 81.54% of the patients occurred during May to July, and June was the peak month. People aged below 10 years were most easily affected, in particular, children between 1 and 4 years accounted for 77.96% of all cases. Scattered and nursery children accounted for 47. 59% of the cases. The ratio of male to female was 1.59： 1. There were outbreaks occurred in nurseries in 2007, and the average attack rate was 5.56% in 21 main nurseries. Fever, herpes on hand, foot, hip or oral were the main symptoms of the cases. And a case complicated with encephalitis was found. Conclusion Two preventive and control measures were recommended： first, comprehensive measures should be taken to cut off the epidemic; second, medical treatment should be strengthened to reduce complications and death.
